Esrun

Anyone work remotely for esrun? As a rn care manager?Im confused about the pay. You are an independent contractor and its per patient. Just wondering if anyone has done this before and what you averaged monthly?

Is that the job that requires you to carry a patient load of like 30-50 in the first couple of months?
