Simulating Games

Why is it whenever I sim a game, the other team is always better? I don't care the records, how the defense and offense is, my opponent is ALWAYS leading. The only time I don't get that is when it's FBS vs FCS. I can be playing a 1-4 team with a 2 star offense and in simulation, they score at will. Most of the time I can take it off sim and I can come back but there are times when no matter what, I can't stop the bleeding.

Simulating games is notorious for that in every sport game I’ve ever played.

To get accurate results that are mostly true to the team ratings, I play games on hard, but SIM on medium. Gives good results, but you still see upsets and close games here and there
