I dont know about this stuff, but i reckon its due to it really has not had a major cheat incidents. Killtrading gets caught fast from killboard. Last friday there was server rollback due some gold duping but deva threw double rr/crest weekend to conpensate

Would you say magus and engis are on par? Utilitie and damage wise?

Magus is stronger due to thw magical dmg. Enemies mitigate less, and he gets to spent more renown as he does not need ws
