Creator Links

Just thought it might be a good time to link some content creators for future reference. Most are sympathetic to RA's case. But I happen to listen to or watch one or two who think RA is guilty as can be. Feel free to add more in the comments below. I'll sticky this page for future reference to help new visitors etc.

CriminaliTy - YouTube Listing here bc she did a very good job imo of going through the leaks in detail and how they came about. And she got copyright striked by MS recently so thats a plus in my book. But she covers more than just the Delphi case, too.

Defense Diaries Podcast - YouTube Bob and his wife Alison are both defense attorneys so its no surprise they take the defense's side here. But, they are both pretty even handed. Again, they cover more than just the Delphi case. Bob's Dad worked the Gacy case, so that comes up quite a bit, too.

Defense Diaries (@defense_diaries) / X (twitter.com) Their twitter, as well.

Tom Webster - YouTube

Tom is one of the best on Delphi, imo, even though he does tend to believe RA is guilty. His humor is dry, so be prepared for that. But his research is amazing. If you want to watch someone with an actual functioning logical brain on this case, Tom isn't a bad place to start. I'm going to link his first Delphi Deep Dive bc it was probably the best pre arrest work any Delphi creator ever put out, and I've watched a ton.

Delphi Murders - My Research - YouTube

Delphi After Dark - YouTube

Might be a little controversial to list Rick Snay here. But he has been correct about some things over the past year or so. He was the first person I know of who mentioned that BB wasn't going to back up the State about RA being the person she saw on platform one. And when there was a rush of rumors last summer about RA possibly pleading, he was correct in saying that wasn't happening. He clearly has/had some good sources on the defense side of things. Whether that is still the case, remains to be seen. But I strongly believe accuracy should be rewarded. So here is the link.

Attorney Marc Lopez - YouTube

This guy is very entertaining, and a practicing attorney in Indiana. Again, last time I checked he believes RA is probably guilty. A plus in his favor is he doesn't drag on endlessly. He breaks down the legal issues very plainly and doesn't take three hours to do it.

Blog — Wieneke Law Office, LLC

Not a content creator. Cara is working on RA's case in front of the Indiana SC. She is a gifted attorney but I also found she has a blog on her website. It touches on a lot of issues I also am interested in outside of this case. I think eventually she will make a post about this case and how it turns out on her blog one day. I hope she doesn't mind being listed here.

Wieneke Law Office, LLC Her firm's homepage.

(2) Wieneke Law Office, LLC (@Wienekelo) / X (twitter.com) Her twitter. Listing bc she occasionally comments on the case as it moves along.

RTV6 Helicopter Footage of Delphi, IN Search for Libby & Abby - YouTube

Linking the helicopter footage from the 14th in case anyone wants to watch it again one day. I find it very interesting and have watched it many times. It's very important bc if you have followed the case you know some of the buildings have been demolished. Like the CPS building. And some of the smaller shed type structures on some of the properties around the area have too. If you are aware of some of the rumors floating around since the early days, that could be important down the road.

(1) DelphiDocs (reddit.com)

Again, not a CC per se. But a good sub that is generally pro defense. They have some very sharp legal minds on the sub who weigh in from time to time. I cross post some of their work often.

The Unraveling - YouTube

Pro defense side. Or perhaps anti-corruption is a better way to describe them. I like their content, though.

(2) Sleuthie (@SleuthieGoosie) / X (twitter.com) Super sharp twitter link to follow.

Again, feel free to post or link anyone I have missed. If you feel RA is guilty and want to post links to videos or creators who support that feel free. I have left some out like Grey Hughes and Murder Sheet, etc. But we believe in free and fair debate.

Allegedly Podcast on Netflix - Court of Appeals

I recently watched Allegedly on Netflix and she had an episode about Rick Allen and the Delphi murders. I was very happy to hear that the Indiana Court of Appeals will be hearing his case September 21, 2026. The other good news is that it will be broadcast on the Indiana Judiciary website. However, I didn't like her attitude regarding the case. She came across to me as decided that everything the state did was legit and that Rick is guilty. Has anyone else seen the podcast? What are your thoughts on it?

Question

Does anyone know if there’s a way to contact Rick? I know he’s in prison here in Oklahoma. I’ve wanted to write him for some time.. just don’t know how to go about it. This case has bothered me for a long time.

MS authors shortlisted for an Indiana Author Award

Article here

The MS grift continues. Their book has been shortlisted for an Indiana Authors award which carries a $5k prize for the winners (they haven't won yet... but I'd wager their chances are good). This adds yet another layer of legitimacy to their one-sided opportunism. Just what they needed. Meanwhile, the public are suckered even further into believing the state's narrative while an innocent man sits in a jail cell in OK wondering how he ever got there...

Excuse me while I go barf.

UPDATE: They did not win. A book entitled "What A Building Does" took the prize.

SUPPLEMENTAL COMPLIANCE REPORT

CITY OF DELPHI

CARROLL COUNTY, INDIANA

I know myself and one of you on here got into some of these financials in relation to grants, water department and the fire hydrents they rent out privately (better get ya one of those, we all know why) just sayin. And the sewage building.

Let's just say there were some discrepancies between what the officials did, spent, and improperly recorded and what the state of Indiana requires.

And a new character unlocked this week.

Spencer Kingery

Made his name dropping debut on an old interview with lil frank that theprof and casexcase played on their channels this past week, and now this.

(He's also related to slick coke dealing nick)

Anyways those of you that understand all this better then i, take a look and give us a accurate and in layman's terms breakdown.

FBI says you need 20-25 words to attempt voice analysis/matching. Source: The Murder Sheet

The Delphi Murders: Richard Allen on Trial: Day Ten: The Voice of Richard Allen

This is from their Trial Day 10 episode, about the 5:30 mark. This is for anyone who thinks there is any legitimate basis for the voice matching Harshman pretended to do. Or for those who think the numerous posts we made about this over the last couple of years was slanted in some way. Nope, the 20 word standard is pretty much accepted by most responsible scientific bodies I have looked at. Here is a link from a post on this topic a couple of years ago.

Pitfalls of Voice Analysis : r/RichardAllenInnocent

It is true that people who listen to mock suspect voice recordings sometimes dont even recognize their friend's voices. Or their own. In Harshman's case, it doesnt matter how many hours of RAs voice he listened to secretly, it doesnt change the fact he only had four words from the BG audio fragment to compare it to.

Can I call my Lawyer? (Romo Arrest)

Extended Cut: Tony Romo OWI Arrest Bodycam | TMZ Sports

Around 3 min mark Romo wants to call his lawyer, and the cop says no. Step out of the car. A lot of people are saying you cant call your lawyer during a traffic stop like this one (assuming any of us are rich enough to have a lawyer on standby waiting to take our call lol). But I think that is incorrect. He waited too long to make the call. Once she tells him to get out, then he is no longer free to make the call. But while he is waiting for her to come back to the car, or the moment he gets pulled over, he can do so. Nothing is stopping him from making that call, or any other call. Thats my understanding, anyway. We all know from the RA case talking to cops is a bad idea usually. Im just surprised so many people have the wrong idea about when you ca make a call like this one. Or maybe I am in the wrong? Also, never do FSTs. They are far from scientific. I'd happily do the breathalyzer--bc I dont drink--but now that I am getting older and have some medical issues lingering, there is no way I would pass sober or not. Ofc, I have seen cops arrest people who blew zero, too. It's a legal shell game you just cant win.

JURY DUTY

I was recently dragged twice into the little courtroom drama of jury duty, chosen for back-to-back juries for reasons known only to whatever crooked wheel spins above us.

During deliberations, many sat silent and hollow-eyed, as if judgment was a burden they hoped someone else would carry. They waited for a voice to tell them which way to bend, which way to vote.

It left me with a cold thought: if my own fate ever rests in the hands of a jury, I pray the twelve strangers in that room are awake before they decide whether I am to be buried beneath their indifference.

Kohberger trying to withdraw guilty plea

Last year he plead guilty to the Idaho 4 murders. Pretty famous case. He admitted to the crimes on video in court so just speaking as a non lawyer it sure seems like that will be a very difficult task to overcome. Then you have his DNA supposedly on the murder weapon etc. Since we are deep in the appeal process for RA, I like to keep tabs on other appeals. And I just dont see much of a chance here. I will say though the fact the State has never been able to link BK to any of the four victims is interesting. As well as the fact there is still no known motive for the crime. The State didn't offer one. And they had the chance when he plead guilty to make him explain a motive but they chose not to. BK did an interview with the NYT. In it he complained about broken promises etc. Which makes me think BK was given a promise of possibly some sort of favorable treatment in prison and now is faced with actual reality? Thats my guess here.

Do the Videos Match?

Asking bc Ausbrook on X is apparently wondering the same thing. Citing the publicly available video as having come from the Bummer Extraction. And hinting if the video from the trial doesnt match the public one we have all seen that will be a big problem. Ofc, most of us havent seen what was played at court so impossible for us to compare. Does anyone else have insight into this?

BG might have been wearing a jacket when it was a warmish day because he knew he'd be out there until late at night when it would get cold? Also could be hiding tatts or something on his arms but he could have just worn a sweat shirt to hide them instead

Prison Reform

I knew prisons were pretty bad...but hearing what happened to Rick Allen made it one of the reasons I won't give up on this cause...for Rick and for reform.

Today I just saw the 2025 documentary The Alabama Solution. I had no idea how...I can't even find the right vocabulary to express my disgust, shock, despair, heartbreak and anguish after watching that film. I strongly urge everyone who cares about Rick to watch the documentary. We could all be Rick...and there are many Ricks. If you've seen it...what do you think?

Was the reaction to the girls missing get played out accordingly in relation to the immediate search? Or how do you feel the timing on the first 12 hours should have went?
