My order has been processing for 5 days. Not sure if it's because of the holiday or not. Praying I'll get my shipment soon.

Sorry to hear about this! The pharmacy is closed on the weekends and delays could also be possible due to the holidays. I'll check on this for you and help ensure this ships out ASAP. Sending you a PM!

Hey HallWeird7964- I'll send you a PM to check on this for you! Processing timelines can typically be 1-4 business days.

Mine has been processing since December 20. And more annoyingly, I keep getting texted and messaged to "log my shot" and I'm like WHAT SHOT? So I emailed and they said they were processing my refill. REFILL? I haven't received a thing yet. Kind of wondering if this was a mistake and I should hop ship.

Hi, I’ve been with Ro since March and have found prepping times to usually be 24-48 hours. Typically when I am charged for the medication I almost immediately get a notification of shipment.

That said, I completed my check in 3 days ago and despite being charged it is still listed as ‘prepping your order’ as well. I chalk this up to the holidays, weather events, and stress on shipping partners and don’t doubt that it’ll be on its way early this week.

I totally get keeping an eye on it and struggling with patience. If you want more reassurance, AlicefromRo is a great and responsive resource on here and I’m sure she’d love to check on things for you.

I’m having the issue that will get me my next prescription late even though the prescription was sent on the 15th.
