Issues with shipping

Hi all! New to this sub but I’ve been using a GLP-1 for about 3 months now.

I was wondering if anyone else has had major problems with receiving their orders? I live in an apartment building and for some reason, the delivery drivers never even attempt to deliver the packages. After dealing with it for a few months, I finally caved and made my pickup point at my local CVS.

My last 2 shipments for Wegovy were returned to sender and stating it’s due to inclement weather. There’s no bad weather near me. And now Ro is saying “they’re determining if they’re able to send another shipment or not”.

At this point, should I just cancel my membership and dispute the charge? Ro and UPS can’t get it right and I’m the only one being financially screwed.

Mine was supposed to arrive today. UPS got it yesterday and i was given today as delivery day. It didnt get delivered. Its still at a UPS branch on the state it’s from but not the same branch who received my order.

Ive asked them to ship it a week early as I will not be available next week to receive it. Now i have to inconvenience the neighbors to keep an eye out for it if it will be redelivered next week. How they waited to ship at the end of the week despite telling them way early.

Paying the subscription, I would think we would get premium service. I think not. Im more and more convinced to not renew and find a different provider at this point.

How is Ro responsible for UPS not delivering your meds? The subscription is paying the doctor for each monthly check up, all the messaging, etc. it is basically your copay with a doctor office. I don’t understand why people don’t get this.

By deciding to process the shipment later part of the week? Now its not here so it will be then next week when i will be away. $150 monthly copay? Wow.

If you have insurance and get a prescription that way, you’re not paying for your whole visit out of pocket like you are with Ro. Use your brain. If you had insurance, your copay would likely be lower. But you’re paying out of pocket, so it’s not. This isn’t rocket science. That said, my monthly isn’t $150. It’s $80.

Your argument is based on ifs and not ones reality. Good for you if youre paying less but that doesnt mean others are too.
