I had that same problem, and as you did I smacked mine also but it didn’t help.I had to open it and take out the one bigger rock than all the others that were making it wobble, and then put a wedge on the bottom of my tumbler and that fixed it

Haha have you got a really big rock in there? It might be rolling to the lid side and tipping the whole barrel?

Hmm, the barrel looks round, so it can't be that. Are the two roller pins which spin the barrel bent or out of alignment?

Ahh there is this little black flat piece that slides out like a clock arm. Makes it sit in one spot a little better but not perfect. It took me far longer than I’d like to admit.

Are you able to try the barrel facing the other way? Also turning it down as it appears to be on full? (Even the lowest speed is likely to fast on most of these low priced variable speed tumblers)

I have heard those style tumblers spin fast, now I can see why they say that!
Just smack it harder, that's gotta help!

No frustration is normal. Anger aggression abuse are not normal and will not solve your problem.🤷♂️ try leveling it before beating it into place

Smacking it like that surely won't help
