Wizards does not grant early access to any partners.

We do often provide unique pre-order incentives though! For instance, you get the incredible looking Arcane Magic Bundle if you pre-order Arcana Unleashed, and that unlocks immediately :)

And ... WotC is unlikely to ever change that, because they use early access as an enticement to pre-order those books directly from them, via Beyond.

That is totally up to each publisher, whether or not Roll20 can "break Street date" on something sold through them.
