Red marks

Has anyone found a way to stop those red marks from appearing?

They are so annoying.

It looks like a damaged skin barrier irritation but they just don't go away.

Could it be dermatographia? Or the same mark stays for a long time?

I think I have this too. Can you elaborate a bit more? I seem to get random spots that don't form into pimples, and they aren't moles or freckles. They fade away after a couple of weeks, by which point new ones appear somewhere else.
