1.2km warm-up then 12 x 100m sprints (1.2km) with approx 40s rest between
Non-Stop Dog wear harness
Rock Empire belt

I love this doggie sitting and sort of looking at the sun in the distance. Such a hopeful pic. Enjoy training!!
