My wife's gamertag is iogHarley she won't play Rust console edition because she's a guy character is it Anyway that she can possibly get a reroll token to make her a girl I would love to have my wife play the game with me we own a server together and she bought all the girl clothing that she can find but she's a guy character

The only way to change the gender of your character is to keep creating new accounts on your system until you get the character you want. It's the same for PC. Your character is randomly generated and cannot be changed manually nor by Dev.
