Occasional lag spikes

I just started playing rust again with 2 of my friends but we occasionally get really bad lag spikes to the point we can’t move around for 20 seconds. Is it an exploit someone on the server is using or just a console rust problem?

May just be the server you're on, try one depending on your region (US north, Australia, EU, etc, etc...)

Was getting lag spikes really bad on Saturday night until the entire server DCd. There are some funny glitches with the new update. Everything that can make fire is permanently flaming out on my server
