id make it so medic is bent over a little more so the pull looks like its coming from lower and try to exaggerate the positioning like i did here (i made heavies legs much longer.)
this is better. but id do a bit more and maybe make his legs a bit shorter lol, i didnt mean to tell you to do that, just was an example on what you can do.
and some advice, dont focus on making it look good from all angles, just focus on the cameras view to make it look good.
even if it means it looks extra funky from a different angle.
I don't use sfm, in fact I only ever tried once, but you could maybe scrunch/shrink the coat down at the part where it's in heavy's hand to decrease the clipping.
