You can just see the joy on his face! Cats facial expressions are so subtle, but once you start to notice them, they're impossible to mistake. And Saddy has the most obvious smile of contentment.

Cat smiles never fail to bring me joy. It's like a yawn or contagious giggle, you just have to feel it too.
