Help saints row 2 juiced patch 9.0.5 stutter

when driving around, the game tends to stutter pretty often

the only mods i have installed are blinggfx and juiced DLC, however the issue persisted even before i had those

i noticed there's no stutter at all when im driving around areas that were loaded previously in my current session, only newly loaded areas

Yes, likely the pvs data and level being streamed in.

Both SR1 and 2 are not optimized and no amount of patches will fix that unless someone has the source code and fixes the entire engine.

Do you have the game installed on an SSD. Outside of that idk if there is much to be done

so it seems like installing the game on my ssd helped and the stutters are gone completely

kinda weird because i remember playing on juiced 2.7.3 when i had it installed on my hdd and it ran just fine

anyways thanks for the help

Doesn't Juiced install that now? It does something to the EXE at least

I get none but my pc is overkill
