Film Developing

Any recommendations of places to develop film maybe around Kawagoe or Omiya ?

Kitamura Camera in Sogo (Omiya) does same day development. If you go to their website and check locations, you can see other locations that also do same day. It can take 1-3 hours, depending on how busy they are.
