Looking for someone to move in mid September to October— for September, I would give you a discount on rent. $700/month flat rate, I'll take care of utilities and all that. As for the actual apartment application process, I believe it's a $60 application fee and a $150 deposit to add someone to the lease.

About the space: It's a 2 bed 1 1/2 bath 2 floor townhome, with a decent yard and one adjoining neighbor. I own a dog, so preferably no other pets in the home, but if you have a dog, we can see if they vibe with each other. Rent is due 1st of the month, every month. Both bedrooms are upstairs, as is the full bath. There are washer and dryer hookups, though I don't own either (the laundry facility is a very convenient walk away, I live in one of the closest units to it). The available bedroom would come with two closets, one inside and one directly outside. I do already have a fair amount of furniture set up, though there is space on the walls if you would like to add art!

About me: I'm 20, full time server and going back to school next year (27/28) so I'm fairly busy. I do enjoy a healthy social life, so I will likely have people over but I will be courteous of the noise level, your personal space, and will do my best to notify you before they are on property. Otherwise, I'm pretty quiet and tend to keep to myself. I don't mind cooking dinners, but don't expect it too frequently. You can avail yourself to anything I buy as long as you ask and it doesn't have a label directly saying 'fuck off' on it. My dog is super friendly and cuddly, she's about 50lbs and will want to be in your personal space.

Hey y’all! So I’m in a bit of a bind here. My previous roommate turned out to be a raging alcoholic and despite us working at a job together at a homeless shelter making $25 an hour he blew all of his money in the first week w no savings. Between us both losing work (I had 4000 in savings to pay for my living expenses through January and got a new job by march)

Has anyone stayed at copper beech or had a relet process done?
I signed a lease back in february because i thought i was going to stay there, but i had a change of plans and they let me know i had to find a relet. Around june or so i found one and we went through the process of getting the lease transferred over, but the complex literally would not answer whatsoever. We sent the emails around july 6th and it took them three weeks to start processing it. then when they finally sent over the mutual agreement contract to switch the lease over, they basically created an additional lease on my account and are charging me for the relet fee and now a new lease. I live hours away from san marcos and can not go in person and i’m just so stressed out. They’re wanting me to pay the relet fee by the 13th but they’re still charging me for the apartment ???? can anyone offer some advice or help please
