كيف اسوي دراسة جدوى لمشروع معين واقيس امكانية نجاحه؟ + التسويق كم يتخصص له من ميزانية المشروع بشكل عام؟

من العنوان واضح. احتاج شريك تقني في مشروع يخص ربط العملاء بوكالات السيارات. الفكرة عرضتها على مجموعة المجدوعي وعندهم تقبل للفكرة وبديت اشتغل على النموذج الاولي لكن احتاج شريك تقني عنده شغف ومعرفة بسيطة ففي السيارات وأيضا وده يكون شريك في مشروع تقني. السوق مميز وفيه فرصة حلوة. اللي عنده رغبة يرسلي على الخاص

السلام عليكم أنا عاطلة عن العمل والفترة الأخيرة صرت أفكر أسوي مشروع صغير وأعتمد على نفسي، المهم بطرح عليكم الفكرة اللي خطرتلي وأخذتها بجدية+ أطلب منكم أفكار ثانية لو هالفكرة مو مناسبة:
الفكرة هيه مطبعة أونلاين، أنا بمحافظة صغيرة ومافيها الا كم مكتبة وكلها أخر الليل تقفل قلت ليه مااسوي موقع يدخل العميل يرفع ملفاته ويحط تفضيلات الطباعة من الوان ونوع ورق وكل شيء واطبعها له وتوصيل للبيت وخدمة 24 ساعة (أدري أن فيه مواقع زي كذا بس مو في مدينتي)، المشكلة الاولى اللي واجهتني تأسيس الموقع حاولت بسلة ماقدرت أحط خيارات الدفع حسب الملف وخيارات الطباعة يعني تلقائي يجي السعر للعميل حسب عدد اوراق ملفه وكل شيء بدون تدخلي+ فلو أحد يعرف الطريقة أو يعطيني بدائل عن سلة أو أحد يقدر يصمم تطبيق خاص أكون شاكرة.
ولو فيه أفكار لمشاريع بسيطة براس مال من 5000 الى 8000 اقترحوها.
الأفكار اللي تشدني بالعادة ودايم أحس اني باستمتع فيها هيه مشاريع الملابس (هوديز، بجامات، فساتين) والشنط ومشاريع بن القهوة والماتشا. لحد يقترح شيء فيه طبخ

زي دفترة مثلا؟

انتهيت من انشاء منصه تخدم احد المجالات كسستم داخلي ومجتمع يجمع جميع المختصين في المجال والان اعرضه للبيع من له رغبه التواصل خاص

احنا شركه السعوديه تعمل في قطاع التجزئه نقدم حلول تقنيه وانظمه ونبحث عن موظفين مبيعات لهم خبره في مبيعات SAAS او انظمه التقنيه بشكل عام

LEAP starts today, but while mapping the week I found 11 tech events happening in Riyadh between 31 August and 3 September.

The obvious ones are LEAP and DeepFest, but there’s also a second layer around them: founder gatherings, investor breakfasts, demo days, AI sessions and smaller community events.

The interesting bit is that five of the events I found are invite-only.

A few of the publicly accessible ones:

• Saudi Startup Majlis #2 — Wednesday evening
• SparkLabs KSU Demo Day — Thursday afternoon
• AGIBOT’s launch is listed as free, although registration is currently closed

It made me realise that for founders or investors coming into Riyadh for LEAP, the exhibition itself is only part of the week. A lot of the useful networking seems to happen in smaller rooms around it.

I’ve been trying to map these for Riyadh Tech Week, but I’m more interested in what I’m missing than pushing the list. I’ve put the running list on Riyadh Tech Week if useful: riyadhtechweek.com/events

EVIQ is deploying charging infrastructure at scale across Saudi Arabia, backed by PIF. Electromin has 700+ sites. The Vision 2030 EV target is 30% of vehicles by 2030. That's a massive infrastructure buildout happening right now.

Here's what I think the problem is:

The hardware is being deployed faster than the software experience. Drivers in KSA today face the same issue as Dubai — multiple apps, inconsistent payment, no single view of what's available and working. The aggregation layer doesn't exist yet.

What I'm building is that layer — one app, all networks, Arabic-first, designed specifically for Gulf driving patterns and payment methods (Moyasar, mada, Apple Pay).

What I'm genuinely trying to understand from this community:

1. How many of you drive EVs or are planning to switch in the next 1–2 years?
2. What's the actual charging experience like in Riyadh, Jeddah, NEOM corridor right now?
3. Would you use a third-party aggregator app or do you expect EVIQ / the manufacturer app to be enough?
4. Is there anyone here working in the EV space — CPOs, fleet operators, real estate developers — who'd be open to a conversation?

Also looking to connect with a Saudi-based co-founder or business partner who understands the local market and wants to build something meaningful in the clean energy space.

This is early stage — I'm not pitching anything, genuinely trying to learn from people closer to the ground than I am.
