Do you have personal experience as a 6th form student or why did you decide to write about this?

How long is it? I'm British and will give it a look for you, provided it's not 140+ pages.
StoryPeer is also a fantastic resource, albeit not specifically geared to UK. I've noticed the British users tend to gravitate to each other's scripts.

That's rlly sweet, thank you, but I've not got much material yet. I was looking ahead to make sure I have a good plan. I might take a look at story peer for later as well too!

Then my only advice to you is to get it written, friend. Any energy you expend now worrying about beta readers or other constraints & considerations for the future... all of that is just interference, getting between you and your goal. Write it! And feel free to DM when you have that draft.

Is "beta readers" an industry term? I've seen it used a few times by non-pro writers on forums but never heard it used professionally.

It's much more common in fiction (novel) writing context, very scarcely used in screenwriting.

I never heard of it used before in writing world. To me beta testers are for computer apps or games.
