Technically correct even if you just put shrooms in there.

I tried making banana chips in one when I was stoned once and forgot about it for a week so had to throw the thing away 🤣 back to the 360

Lol. No I'm afraid not. When I was a teenager I used to leave them on my Xbox 360 and that worked though. You need heat + active air flow like a fan atleast

Newspaper sheets on the top of the closet worked for me when I was a teen xD

Lol xbox 360 is a good idea. Would a laptop work then seen as its preety much the same

Try to have the fan exhaust blowing over them.

The 360 worked because the fan area was quite big and it blew hot air so if you had a layer of kitchen roll it would still dry them out, I highly doubt a laptop would work the same though

I used to put them in my pc😂

How was your experience tripping on mushrooms at a young age? Was it detrimental somehow? Or was it chill

I'm autistic so had no one to do them with lol. I used to just take a gram or so and go trip in nature for like a few hours and it would really help my mental health for months after I'd have a lot of revelations etc wasn't really trying to trip balls

Awesome I’m glad that helped you.
What do you recommend as a starting dose of semis to be? Safe set and setting of course. And I don’t have any family with bipolar or schizophrenia or anything like that.

Obviously I don't advice anyone unde 18 to use them, but I used to do 0.5g in tea when I first started out with semilanceata and that would be nice for me although I'd use a little weed to intensify it.

I’m really interested in psychedelics, you don’t recommend me trying them?

It depends on your age tbh and maturity but I know for a fact if I did them at the age I became interested in them it would've messed me up 🤣 I'm all about harm reduction though and I'm glad that at the age I did take them, I had access to important safety information online and knew what I was doing

Also I got HPPD from it at 16, it's always better to wait until you're a fully grown adult

Damn you got HPPD at 16? That’s crazy. Scared me off a little there. However, I’m 17 and I also have access as you had to crucial information. Got like 5 books about psychedelics as well. They’re fascinating! It’ll be okay, thinking of 1 gram dried as a starter

Semilanceata can be surprisingly strong I'd really recommend starting a bit lower like 0.5-0.7g tbh. And make sure you know for sure what they are obvs. I had visual snow anyway so I was prone to it also but 0.5g gave me a lot of colourful visuals etc and would be the best starter dose especially since it can affect you more at a less developed age you really want to save the intense trips for when youve grown a bit more. Stay safe 👍

Aight then going with 0.7grams. Thank you so much dude!

It’s a very common post “I put my shrooms in the oven to dry and they burnt! Are they still good” dehydrators are so cheap

Gotta save every penny and it does the save job anyway

Get silica gel, put silica gel in airtight glass container

They need air at them so by a window during warmer weather will do it over a few days. I used out them on tin foil so there is no extra moisture

Just put them inside some folded up newspaper and leave it on the windowsill behind a closed curtain, if your bedroom windows have curtains that is

1

u/IrishSbud 8d ago

Ill try that. Do you know if copy paper would work?

1

u/Secure-Resource7286 8d ago

It might take a bit longer. Newspaper general is better at water absorption.
Could try a hand or face towel, I know I did that once or twice. Just try to make sure air can still get to them though

Just lay they out individually and well spaced out on a sheet of cardboard box somewhere warm and dry that has a bit of air and they will dry out.

The cardboard will suck a lot of the moisture out pretty quickly and you can dry them a bit more thoroughly once they have shrunk into a way smaller size.

Its worked for me for 20 odd years.

In a box or just a sheet of cardboard

1

Put them on a sheet of cardboard to get the most air and ideally some space under the cardboard so it isnt just sitting flat on a surface.

Once they are mostly dry you can put them in a cardboard box or paper bag and get them totally dry somewhere with a bit of warmth to then store in jars long term.

Use an air fryer
