You likely caught the filter due to being inactive and then becoming active again. During long periods of inactivity your CQS will drop to low or lowest and make it easier to trigger the filter.

Inactive accounts are also getting hacked or sold at an increased rate, so Reddit is sensitive to dormant accounts that become active again.

You can appeal using the instructions in the pinned AutoMod comment above.
