Had 1 old acc, 1 newer, got them banned one by one, had to create more bc I really needed it, what to do?

Hi , could someone tell me if I am shadowbanned?

I didn’t break any rules or get any message but my posts/comments are no longer visible. It says my posts insights unavailable or sorry this post was removed by Reddit filters. When I try to comment I get a rate limit exceeded message with a countdown. I have never gotten these messages before

Is I m shadow ban??

I got an email around 3:30 in the morning with a notice from Reddit admin saying I had been caught in the spam filter and they restored my account.

For those that want to know what I did specifically. Honestly, I don't know. I truly don't think there is a tried and true formula to get them to review your ban.

My ban had been in place for around 2 months before I got that email. And during that time, I combed through this sub, just like everyone else does, to try to figure out how to get my account released and what the cause could potentially be?

●VPN use? - I have used a VPN in the past. I cannot say with certainty that my VPN was on whenever I was on Reddit, but it was very possible because sometimes I did not remember to cut it off and did not know it could cause an issue anyway.

●Posting issues? - I have had a comment and a post removed by the moderator in a sub that I frequent ...... could have been a trigger.

●Marked as spam or bot? - There was a post that I put in another sub that was not well received. That post could have been marked as spam by someone who didn't like it.

I say all that to say, I literally have no idea what was the cause or what triggered a review because every appeal that I sent referenced, one or more of those potential reasons. And it was just a request to please review and release my account.

Frequency probably wasn't a factor either, because while I saw a lot of people say either appeal every day or appeal every other day consistently for weeks. I have ADHD and I only appealed when I thought about it, which was not very consistently. Sometimes it was once a week. Sometimes it was twice a week, sometimes I forgot and it might have been once every couple of weeks.

I know this wasn't as helpful as you guys may have wished it would be. But I see this question a lot about what did you do? So I thought I would give my honest response.

Looks like my sub is shadowbanned, I was able to post only one post on it r/mymindtricks. Other 3 posts are hidden though I see them under my user and see them gaining views. When I go to appeal I get message that my user is ok. What may be a reason and how to fix it. I check posts and I don’t see anything like that so decided to ask.
