Got this for $9

I took and chance on this that it worked and that it had no drift problem and happily everything works great, good spend $9 👌

Nice! Mine had drift problems within three months when I originally bought my Shield. Been sitting in a drawer ever since. 😢

My other one have drift, i am gonna try replace it with tmr sticks

Yeah these buggers are drift galore.  I've opened and cleaned 4 of them.  Be prepared for the screw thread holders (plastic) to break in a million pieces. These weren't designed to be opened and serviced.

You could try and get partial results by blowing compressed air into the crevice between the controller and the thumb sticks while moving it around. If that don't help, do the same with contact cleaner.  If that don't work, open up and apply the cleaner directly.Â
