You’re probably looking at a service-call fee plus labor and materials—maybe $150–$400, depending on your area. Stop climbing on the chair, though; one fall will cost way more than the fiber repair. Call the ISP and let them deal with the ONT and connectors.

Please get off the chair and stop cutting the cable—fiber shards and a damaged drop can make this much worse. Put the ONT somewhere safe, leave the cable alone, and have the ISP send a tech. The final cost depends on whether they treat it as normal service repair or customer-caused damage.
