Currently my team is sigrika - qiuyuan - verina , i got a homeless lucilla and planning to pull for hiyuki and suisui (whenever she reruns) and get Hsin + her team . Is it worth getting sigrika and hiyuiki's weapons since they have decent alternatives ? 18% difference on sigrika and 20% on hiyuki

She is on Crit DMG 4-cost, with ATK and ELE 3-costs, I heard that double ATK is better, but should I try to get it if my ELE 3-cost has all the substats she needs? (2nd image)

I do kinda agree with them that Phrolova had started to fall off slowly with the HP inflation.
But i do also think that Hiyuki has the capabilities to be T0 in whiwa too, she doesnt really need that expert tag.

Hi. I am a returning WUWA player and fell in love with Sigrika <3 I got Lucilla because I was in the mood. I want to ask if it's worth pulling for Qiuyuan and his weapon, since it grants more echo skill buff compared to Lucilla's weapon.

I was wondering because I believe they're rerunning 2.x characters less now, and it might be worth it to pull for Sigrika's sequences more rather than getting an old character and their weapon.
