Chances of getting back to building previously evicted?
I previously was evicted from Solaire 8200 earlier this year after falling on hard times. I’m back up now and really really wanna move back. The amenities were great, neighbors etc. I know it is generally not allowed but there is a new PM there, etc. has anyone had success releasing at a building they’ve previously been evicted at?? I’m able to verify 5x the rent now, does that make a difference?

Dawg you are known as the Solaire Eviction guy now. Why is that your only contribution to this sub?

WPC manages 8200 Dixon, 1150 Ripley and 8250 Georgia, so it's unlikely you'll be able to get into any of those.

You also got evicted from Thayer it seems from your comments so it definitely just sounds like you have a responsibility problem at this point.

This dude’s post history is utterly delusional. OP- please learn how the world works. Nobody there is going to rent to you again. With at least one previous eviction on your record you’ll be lucky to get a decent set up ever again.

Zero chances there, or anywhere. 100% of managed apartment complexes will check. You're completely screwed. Hope you have a comfy car and a place to park it.

No apartment complex that goes through the entire eviction process will rent to you again. Sorry
