These mud Cannons are something yall should be embarrassed of, not something you should be proud of let alone calling the best headphones made to date because they're not.

I used to be so impressed by the bass of skullcandy crusher series headphones but when I turned down the bass and took away the only redeemable quality about these headphones i was left with vocals and instruments that sounded like yall dont really give a shit about audio quality. Theres no real way of fixing what your product lacks and i was really hoping for an honest upgrade compared to the anc 1 and evo. I tried the crusher 1080 and seriously wtf skullcandy.. yall musta lost your minds or something. You guys really listened to these headphones before releasing them and said they were acceptable? I want somebody from your team of engineers to look me dead in my eye and tell me this was a real attempt at a solid product. Which part about these headphone is even remotely close to being good? The bass was sloppy, loose and slow as fuck and once again bled into the vocals making them sound boomy/boxy. that treble that was paired alongside the shitty bass makes for a dogshit tuning that must be your house sound. It sounds like the music is being played from some cheap speakers behind a piece of paper. I just returned the 1080s and got a pair of sennheiser momentum 4's for cheaper with a much more complete sound. Everything about the momentum 4's is so much closer to real sound than what you guys call a flagship with them 20 dollar speakers and that 50 dollar total package feel. The momentum 4s arent perfect but seriously the 1080s didnt even feel good in the hand bro. How did you guys fuck up so bad that yall made the evos subwoofer bass actually sound cleaner and more like the real upgrade compared to your most recent model? A collab with bose should have been the first red flag but hey, maybe yall really did a good thing.. no. I'll give u credit where credit is due, the drivers that produce the whole frequency spectrum sounded better and more clear than any of your old models but they were still producing boomy and papery vocals. I hate to say that i could tell this was a skullcandy product because id been waiting a couple months to try them and seeing they were sold out and watching everybodys reaction to how much they loved them, probably all of them paid out to say nice things but I will never buy your products again. Its no wonder why yall didnt have anybody compare them to the evos. Yall just came out with this like nothing else in your lineup existed and now im suspicious that yall know you made a shitty product and chose to release it anyway. I stg im pissed cuz I had So much faith in yall but after this long you guys honestly just failed time and time again at making something complete. It sucks but I won't ever trust another review of your products again.

I’ve been wanting to buy it for work vibes. Thing is I work in a warehouse so I’m looking for something reasonably priced and that I can still hear if I walk 10 ft away. I want the Session 900, but I have not found a single review testing the sound quality or any reviews on it at all

I just got these 2 weeks ago and I remember the first time I charged them a light came on and it seemed to have worked..well they needed charged again and I tried the original + 2 other chargers and nothing is working ! When I plug them in the red dying light stops so it seems it recognizes that something is in the port but no charging light turns on and I’ve left them over night and nothing ! I am still able to return them if there’s nothing I can do but I thought I’d try here first.

Okay, I just need to say it because a lot of people praise the Crusher Evos and I just dont agree with it. The bass can be fun. But only on the right songs. I hate the way they sound when the bass is turned down and no matter how much I try to like em, I hate them even more. The vocals sound absolutely terrible. There's WAYYY too much top end. And then the bass? The crusher technology will not allow these headphones to dig deep and have that satisfying rumble on songs like post Malone on the road or the motto by drake. No juice by boosie badazz sounds good for the bass and I like it. Lucky you by joyner and eminem, the vocals are fucked. I just dont understand how people can praise them so much when the performance is so picky. I like a wide variety of music and I want a pair of headphones that will allow me to enjoy all my music and if I want that bass turned up I can have it because it's there. Im really upset that I can't say that about the crusher evos because LORD knows I wanted to like them. I just dont but I wish more people had a real understanding about what music should sound like instead of just hearing one part and being bedazzled when it's literally only a small portion of the frequency spectrum that they get correct.

Since january, ive been through a pair of bose quiet comfort and several pairs of beats pro headphones that have all done the exact same thing. Just got the new crushers a week ago and it felt like my left ear exploded when the static hit. Cant hear anything out of the left ear cup when anc is on.

Is this normal for crushers? Do i attempt a repair or just go for a refund? Im on 9 months of this and im at my wits end. I just want an anc that doesnt break instantly 😭 i dont do anything crazy with my headphones. They are a week old and dust and water free. Hope this isnt a stupid post, i just want to know if this brand is prone to this so i can try something else.

why are the crusher evos bass better sounding in terms of volume and the subwoofer feel compared to every headphone thats come afterwards? When i compare it to the new 720s it feels like it rumbles at lower frequencies, and the low end seems to sound cleaner/tighter than the 720s . It feels like the 720s are capable of rumbling more than evos but sounds less controlled. I doubt im describing it well but my point is that the evos really do sound great but im confused why skullcandy went away from it.

I've had these headphones for about 2 weeks now and I love them I switched from the Crusher ANC 2. I guess the only thing I don't like so far is the bass isn't heavy at all like yes it's there but nothing like the Crusher ANC 2 maybe like a fifth of what it was, they make up for it with the amazing noise cancelation and audio quality guess you can't really get one of the other without sacrificing both. I would say I got my money's worth so far. Anytime I want really good bass I will switch back to the old headphones other than that really great job on these Skullcandy!

In the Skullcandy app i have the EQ on Music. Crusher bass max

I got my headphones today and I've heard that there can be issues with their drivers, so after messing around with them for an hour I decided to factory reset them, just to make sure everything is alright. The normal sound of the headphones are the same, but the Crusher toggle is about twice as aggressive now, so much so that it is unlistenable at max.

I tried resetting them a few times again, but it hasn't changed anything. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Edit: I just tried connecting my headphones to my PC and for some reason that completely fixed the sound?? I tried connecting back to my android phone and it's still bugged. Very weird.

Edit 2: this seems to be an issue with my phone specifically. I tried connecting them to my PC and then my friends iphone, and the headphones worked correctly. If I don't get this figured out I think I'll have to try just factory resetting my phone which sucks.

I got the new session speaker 900 and they're louder than my Sony ult field 1, I haven't done any full tests or and mess with the EQ, but these are really loud. I love these, Thanks Skullcandy❤️

I dont have money for better versions of skullcandy and i never used it and also i cant find much videos of the model on yt or anywhere else, just 2 videos that are useful and i dont see much ppl wearing it so i dont know does it worth buying it or not.

Hello guys I had the ANC2 Crushers before I liked the skull rattling bass at maximum for the gym for a push and while watching movies.

Should I buy the 720? 1080? Or another pair like the 540? 720/540 are about 120€ reduced in my store and 1080 about 150€. Money difference wouldn’t matter in this case.

For context, I will use them for Work (it is a job where I have to listen to audios from Doctors and write it down), university, gym, every day use pretty much.

Does your Skullcandy app show the correct color of your earbuds?

For example: my Push 720 Open show up as Future but my Method 540 ANCs show up as True Black instead of their actual Primer color.

Been playing around with the eq and this is lovely for people like me looking to get more bass out of the 1080s. Although the ANC 2s were more punchy, the 1080s are clean but still hit hard with this setup. drop your eq setting i would love to try others.

I can't get my Skullcandy Hesh 540 ANC Wireless to pair in Windows. I tried practically everything and they won't pair ?

I first ordered the Cement color, the plastic on the left earcup was squeeking so i returned it and got the black one. Now, exact same problem. When im walking, bending over, when i turn my head, when im moving my mouth, litteraly every little moment the sound haplens. Im gonna return this one too. What a mess.

This is my third pair so far, but for whatever reason it seems like everytime I switch from a game(not exclusive to just games) to another app, it plays a beeping noise, followed by an more low pitched beeping noise right after.

Sometimes it does this repeatedly(4-6 beeps) and then stops, but I really want to know how to fix this or whats causing it. It ONLY happens when theyre connected to my phone. I tried turning off system haptics, didn’t work. Tried resetting the headphones multiple times, didnt work. Im a little lost.

The crusher bass is 50% weaker after i charged them on a wall charger the wheel does nothing after 50% and theres no difference when using the slider on the app

The light blue pairs case lost its magnet and won't shut

Dropped it today and the button is pressed inside and won’t click or turn off and on, took the screws off to get a better look inside and push it back out but still would push back in and not work. Are there any fixes for this?

Alrighty, here we go!

For $250 AUD, I definitely got what I paid for.

Their selling point haptic bass is exactly what it was marketed as, giving that extra edge to sub-bass. Although I was expecting a little bit more (yes, I listened with the bass slider all the way up at max volume), I'm certainly not disappointed.

Their overall audio quality is anything you would generally need, without being a picky audiophile. Having no noise cancellation in exchange for a punchier bass, especially for this decently low price point, is totally fair.

The battery, as of about 24 hours of usage, is amazing, still shows up as 100%, probably won't need a charge for another week.

Their build quality is freaking great considering it's almost all plastic. This fabric on the top? So fresh, although I'm scared how they'll turn out after a stroll in some light rain.

The slider is nice, although slightly jiggly and loose, but that's not an issue for me. Ear cups are decent, although I'll have to buy better ones to prevent leaking (they leak quite a lot) and wear. Comfortable to wear for many hours at a time, but will need readjusting after a while to reduce strain on your ears and head. Tracking? Yes, great, but I'll never take them off to lose them!

Worst part is the native app, horrid UI but the personal sound profiles are nice.

Best bass headphones on the market, although other models do slightly better over all. Personally, they're the holy grail although I enjoyed the 1080 ANCs noise cancelling just a little more.
