Kinda surprised no one posted this but jetxc posted a video 12 hrs ago saying from a source that the next content patch have to go through ICP filing to be approved or disapproved of the next patch.

Of course, any news that we get is from a source other than the official one.

I will believe when its out but I expect the designs to be badly censored like they are now.

It's not about how censored the outfit are gonna be but more like how "family-friendly" the outfit are gonna be designed from the start.

Of course they are both bad vs what we had before but I don't see another out for them(unless they do a server split like other games do).

Anyone thinking that the game will come back to it's former glory is delusional.

As many of us said the only possible way to get it back is indeed to split servers. But there is always someone that comes around and say " b-b-but the CN players are gonna be angy" to dismiss it.

Anyways at the end of the day if the game loses its fanservice it's over... doesn't matter how bad it is.

no its not, we are talking about a game losing its fan base, which browndust 2 is not doing, the only ones mad for the censorship that is only affecting the lolis in the game, are the fans of lolis, artistically, lolis are very controversial and straight up ilegal in some countries, so the bd2 devs are kinda in hot water because they said they were not going to censor lolis but they will end up doing it anyways because they are not willing to lose revenue from one country.

If it is approved it’ll be heavily neutered and no way will they allow uncensored files in.

I've read they put such heavy censorship on themselves that there should be no problem with getting approval

It make sense that the update is being under surveillance before release.

I'm not saying the next patch is confirmed, but Seasun trying their best to cover up the whole thing for Snowbreak (sort of, I'm still unsure if I get that explanation deeply) despite they're having issues in their other games. The vid is more like what Seasun been doing rather than focusing on Snowbreak entirely.

Not hoping for the fanservice to come back at its peak, but the new content for the players to enjoy at first after weeks of delays. Not saying that the game is in the safe zone to continue, this is just some moral boost to kept us updated.

Supposing its true for a moment and they will continue the game with new update, story, gameplay:

Honestly, if they can make the story as good as it was, and make the girls as sexy as in other gatchas like NTE, Wuwa, ZZZ, etc... it will be fine for me. It was always the emotional bonding that made me love my operative waifus, not the number of square centimeters I see from the skin. What I wont like if this game is unfraily more censored than those other gatchas, than it is just bullshit. Lets see.

But the big question is, how many people and revenue will this bring. Maybe they need to make the game better in other areas if they want it to survive. Which will be a big challenge for the new CEO.

Nktna single announcement kr a message from Devs in almost 6 months...is it so hard to write "Were working on it. We apologize for the inconvenience"? If that's too much to ask then it's questionable they are able to continue working on the game.

Yes it is, each social media post is under approval from Chinese. Literally they have their department that skims the content from social media, from the actual game and so on, so yeah it is really hard to.
