Methods Business and Digital Technology – Interview Process / Waiting for Feedback

Hi everyone,

I’m wondering if anyone here has recently interviewed with Methods Business and Digital Technology, particularly for a Java Developer / Software Engineer role, and could share their experience with the process and how long it took to hear back after the final stage.

I recently completed all three stages of the interview process for a Java Developer position. I came away from the final interview feeling really positive, and I was told there were no concerns/issues from their side, so naturally I was quite hopeful that things had gone well.

It’s now been a week and a few days since my final interview. I’ve followed up with the recruiter twice by email to ask for an update, but unfortunately I haven’t received a response yet.

I completely understand that hiring decisions can take time, especially if there are internal approvals or other candidates being considered. I’m mainly trying to get a sense of whether this is normal for Methods and how long people have waited to hear back after completing the final stage.

I’ve been finding the job search particularly difficult recently, so having gone through three stages and feeling quite positive about the opportunity, the uncertainty has been a little daunting especially when it means not knowing whether I should mentally move on and start applying elsewhere again.

For anyone who currently works at Methods or has interviewed there recently:

• How long did you wait to hear back after your final interview?
• Did you receive an offer/rejection/update by email or through the recruiter?
• Is it normal for the process to go quiet for a week or two?

I’d really appreciate any insight or experiences, particularly from anyone who has been through the Java/Software Engineering hiring process.
