I believe the rumour engine pictures are from models that are already built. If this was anywhere on Bjorn, I'd imagine it'd be the one between his legs (insert penis joke) like on the current model.
That being said, does it look more like a bear?

Am I the only one that loves the boxboxs? They feel old, thats why I like them. They make sense with the Primaris/FB thing. I dont need Bjorn to be bigger.
Just put out lore that thr Castaferrum is faster, stronger, more durable than primaris dreads and voilà, no need for the update.
40k thrives when things are old, ancients. A venerable dreadnaught is exactly that, an incredibly old battle brother and every single modern marine would be honored to serve alongside these legends.

Looks like a bear pelt, not a wolf. If I had to guess I'd say Kislev related in someway as they're highly anticipated to make a return with Old World and Warriors of Chaos just got a big refresh. I haven't been keeping up with Old World lore but if I understand right the setting is nearing the Siege of Praag. Hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong. Otherwise maybe Wood Elves?

It would be very out of place, and even fucking tacky, for Bjorn to have a bear on him. Not that GW isn't above "bear wears bear", it would feel off considering his previous design.
