What Platform to Play?

Im thinking of buying the Game, either in Switch 2 or Steam, but SteamDB says there are only about 900 Players active and I guess Switch 2 ist even worse :(

How ist the Matchmaking? I would want to Play online Ranked since I played the Story in Release 🏴‍☠️

On switch 2 you can find matches from time to time but it’s not easy but the new dlc isn’t on switch 1 and 2 yet. Pc has the dlc but I don’t know about it’s online.

Switch I think is a death trap. And if I'm not mistaken they are 1 or 2 big patches behind as well.

I'm on ps5 and although the play is smooth it does stitter at times mostly during blasts

This! After 250 hours i decide to mod the game and is fantastic and extremely easy! Now i can play with all the old BGM of the tenkaichi series and some from the anime, a lot of custom characters, 2 extra game mode (one is a bit buggy but is basically in alpha), new and destructible maps, more defined models... And every day something new came out

oh brother don't even get me started. just checked my unverum and i have 482 active mods 😭 everything from old movesets/maps/songs being restored to characters one wouldn't ever dream of being in a dragon ball game 💀

its hard for me to find lobbies on pc but i would probably assume theres even less people on switch. also the game just feels choppy to play on pc compared to ps5

Same. And when you check steamDB it still is over 1k players a day. It’s just almost all of them are private games.

Well, as someone playing online rank on pc, I didn't get a lot of problem on that, like even today I played with some players, it just that I remember there's a time, it takes longer as it should, but overall it was fine for me

I’ve played on Steam for over a year and it’s been fine. I can find matches in ranked regularly. Player matches just depends. Weekends are a lot easier than during the weekday.
