i cant seem to figure out who is getting reverted. seems like SWAC lines? Did the dumbasses realize they actually gave those lines a price decrease and want to try again?

hard to say. so far, the people who responded to the tmobile thread have a combination of swac, kickstart and UoU. you can always check by asking the t-life chat bot to see if you have a pending migration.

My account is still showing the old SWAC advantage plan, but I was one of the customer that got the message that I was going to be migrated to the new signature plans. Did they cancel that?

Go to the t-life chat bot and ask "is my account scheduled for a migration"

I’m really baffled as to what is going on. So bizarre.

And to say there something about account compatibility: What does that even mean?

If you want my tinfoil hat guess, our sprint accounts are weird. All of our lines are single line plans.

So my account is 2x swac single line plans and 1x UoU plan. I order to unify my account with the new "Experience" standard, my lines have to be merged into a single, new multi line plan. The AI selected one of the Experience Signature Select plans, turned my 2 swac lines as the the base of the new multi line C26ESxxx plan. The UoU was converted into a free AAL on the plan.

From the AI point of view, it accomplished its task. The account has been converted to one where all lines are under a single plan. The cost of the account went up $2.12, so no revenue was lost.

But when a second AI reviewed the results, it flagged the migration as a failure. Although some of the goals were accomplished, one was missed. The account cost was suppose to go up $6 per paid line. A $2.12 increase is not enough. Furthermore, the UoU line had a huge jump in features, but no increase in revenue (which means it's costing tmobile "more" money to give me that free line). So my account was flagged as an invalid migration ("due to original account configuration") and reverted.

The reversion was incorrect and i had to reach out to t-force to fix it.

so would i have to message tforce to fix this and as far as what it does wrong during the force remigration does it give you the wrong plan or how does that go. sorry for asking so many questions just very curious as might be in same boat

The rule of thumb is that t-force can only fix if the migration FROM Experience Signature TO another plan is messed up. They CANNOT migrate you from an Experience Signature plan back to your old plan.

Let's say the roll back from Experience Signature results in you not getting your original plan. So for me, it put me into a completely different plan than i had before. It was a significant downgrade from my previous plan. T-force reviewed the automated changes and agreed the system had made an error.

You'll reach out to t-force and ask them to restore your account back to the way it used to be. I recommend having a copy of your bill to reference. Furthermore, make a note of all the add-ons that is currently on each line of your account (assuming you haven't been migrated to Experience Signature yet). You'll have to review every line after they fix it to make sure everything is correct.

I have 2 advantage unlimited plus lines and my free line went to experience signature. Unfortunately every time i try to add the free Netflix on the free line it errors out

Reach out to t-force and ask the. To add the free Netflix.

What plan did you get migrated to? You can find out by going to the t-life chat bot and ask "please give me my plan name and soc"

Your plan name is Advantage Unlimited Plus.

Your plan SOC is SWACULPL.

That's why Netflix isn't being added. The chat bot is saying you got reverted back to Advantage Unlimited Plus.

If you look around the t-life app, does it say experience signature? If it does, ask the chat bot "is my account scheduled for a migration?"

Yes. Your account was impacted, and the migration date shown is August 12, 2026 (it's already completed).

Only my free line is experience signature

That's weird. I get a feeling that's an error. Can you ask the chat bot for the plan name and the soc of the free line?

Just to be clear, t-life screens are saying your plan is experience signature?

I have 2 advatage unlimited plus and my free line used to be advatage unlimited. Now my free line is experience signature.

I can't pull the plan details for that specific number right now.

Interesting. I would be interested in seeing what your bill looks like next month. So strange that they are letting you keep Experience Signature for your free line. But that probably explains why Netflix isn't working.

If you want to poke the bear, ask t-force to add Netflix. But it might result in them seeing their mistake and reverting back your free line as well.

Hey, i just checked and the chat bot says my free UoU line is Experience Signature. In the plan details in the t-life app, it says UoU.

Does it say experience signature in both places for you for your free line?
