Sprinting itself does not increase height, sprinting is a very healthy exercise which can help your body reach it’s genetic potential during puberty by increasing hormone production since your body is healthier

If your genes say your max height is 6ft but you live an unhealthy lifestyle then you’re probably going to reach anywhere from 5’7-5’11

But if you eat healthy, exercise (sprint) and take care of yourself and your posture then you are more likely to hit your genetic ceiling

Yes, basketball and volleyball too, have you seen their heights? 

Swimming makes your torso broader too and so on.

Probably not, but eating lots of animal foods, sleeping a lot, and getting sunlight does.
