Meme What a waste

Nothing worse than waking up to see an overnight run of a like 20 long workflows in Minimax H3 reference only to see everything perfect except the environment is wrong. I have a reference video that has done so well before. I don't see the issue, my prompt is the same as prior success, it's listed in the subject definitions and retention section, and in the prompt too. Oh wait...I didn't link the video to the list of other assets.. ugh.

My biggest issue is the random gibberish on speech. Sometimes random language, sometimes german, usually what I ask... Especially if the video length is longer than the spoken text. Any cure for that?

You need the <d> [English] text </d> tags for speech. If no speaking you will need to explicitly state they don't speak and have it in the soundscape section as well that they do not talk to make sure if still having issues.

Currently training. In one of the results it picked up something sounding suspiciously czech... Reference videos do not have talking in them.

I do not understand. Czechia Is not that known...

reference environment comes and goes, but electricity bill is forever.

I recently tested removing the reference video and changing it for a simple screen capture, without touching the prompt, and guess what? Exactly the same results. To lighten things up, it's better to make sure the model doesn't already know how to animate something before using a video as reference. Just saying.

Reason I used a video was it was a quick 360 video of a pair of rooms so that I could get the camera and character walking around keeping the background consistent. Otherwise with 2 reference images I was not having great luck with 180 view one way and the opposite for some reason.

worse when you've paid for it

that “Oh wait...” after the overnight run is rough. everything was right except the environment, and the reference video just wasn’t linked with the other assets

lmao oops, accidentally hit send halfway through my thought. my bad for sounding like a bot just repeating your post 😅 I meant to add: do you use any specific custom nodes to double-check connections before a massive overnight run? I keep doing this exact same thing when the node spaghetti gets too crazy.
