Good day fellow readers and writers. Welcome to the SVTFOE Writing Club! It's the first weekend of the month so it's time to meet up again and share theories, new chapters, completed works or anything that sounds cool!
Getting started on something new and not sure how to get going? Finished something and ready to show the world? Revisiting an old theory to see if it still holds up? Make a post and let's explore it!
How's your writing (or reading) going since last month? Anything new to share? What's a nice place to get away to before the summer ends?
Make sure to link to your work so we can check it out. See you in the comments!

These 2 were the only 2 I didn't make as humans until I finally did. Teta and Chezna were the only 2 Pony Head sisters I didn't make as humans until now.
Feel free to draw them in your style.

As the topic says, if Glossaryck knows everything that has happened, and will happen, why did anything matter? Why give the Butterflys 'infinite power' that led to conflict on Mewni and beyond for centuries? Did Star 'destroying the magic' matter? Does this mean, therefore, that Glossaryck transcends magic, even reality?

I don't mean this in some nihilist 'nothing matters' way; I'm genuinely wondering:
What was the greater plot going on here?
Glossaryck's all-knowing omniscience is a theme throughout the show. In By the Book, he 'explained' being in the right place at the right time and stopping Ludo as:
I had to be in that donut box so I could land at Ludo's feet to trip him up and save the day.
He then played it off and Star and Marco gave up trying to understand it.
It feels like something bigger is here. It's not just Monsters and Mewmans, Magic and the Multiverse. Something bigger is pulling the strings of existence itself. Maybe we've just scratched the surface of the conflict in this story.

This show had a lot of cool ideas, but never really utilized them though. One of those ideas is Brittney Wong herself. What if she had a bigger role? Like befriending Ludo and developing a close bond with him and have a rivalry with Star. She starts training in martial arts and even gets access to magic. Her character arc would be "I want to be loved" Nobody at her school loves her. I can also see her parents not loving her and not giving her the attention she needed. They see her as talentless. She believes that she's not enough. She's a typical mean girl, but what caught my interest is the fact that she's angry and miserable most of the time. I can see her as a hard worker who's not very talented at all.
What do you guys think?

I started watching the show a few weeks ago and really like it( just started S3 so no spoilers). the animation reminds me a bir of gravity falls but is still unique. Marco is a super relatable character since finally they made a latino character who is book smart and relatively light skinned( for some reason in almost all popular media in the US latinos are usually poor, street smart, and relatively dark skinned which is not true for all of them). I also like how nervous he got around his crush which i think is pretty realistic. anyways I know reddit can be creepy but i was interested about the fandom of this show and if the discussed so i searched the show on reddit and well there was just so much art of a certain variety it was creepy.Luckily this subreddit seems to be great and wholesome, Do you guys have any idea why there is so much of that content on reddit about this show?

So I really like the ending a lot more than what most stories like this give us. Still there's something I've just got to get off my chest.
They totally scape goated magic. Magic didn't cause any problems. People did. They used magic , but people chose to do bad things with it. Destroying magic seemed like it didn't fit the story star spent the whole series confronting hidden sins and trying to correct social wrongs, but then at the end they blame magic?
Does anyone have insight on this? Is magic a metaphor for something here? Did Disney tell them to hurry up and write an ending? Am I missing something because it just doesn't sit right...and then there's dragon cycles and stuff , so did magic just reset?

The marks that have more than one colour I headcanon as having more raw magical abilities. Plus some designs for some of the queens.
The titles of the drawn Queens are Soupina the Strange, Brionia the wilted, Febe the obsinate and Luuna the bookworm.

She once degraded a monster's character just so he would fight her and Marco, when Marco came to her dimension she didn't care about him, in the end she wanted to destroy magic and that means killing people for no reason, it's even worse than Eren Yeagar or Thanos.
There are more examples of this, but I can't remember exactly.
Sorry if I offense anybody.

SVTFOE has shipping all over the place where the story of all of the seasons are connected while LOK has a lot of shipping except all of the seasons/books are connected with each other. Not to mention that it's not as annoying as Star's.
So one show has shipping where the story moves in random directions and where people are mildly annoyed by it, while the other has shipping that makes sense with the story moving in a linear direction. What do you guys think?
