Man I must have gotten extremely lucky cause from all the horror stories I’ve heard of Amazon shipping steel books I was getting nervous but it came in perfect! No dents or scratches and the steelbook closes! So happy! It was arriving just as I was getting home from work, had to stop the delivery guy from chunking it over my fence, so he was able to hand it off to me after snapping a picture of it being delivered.

I got a digibook in the paper bag today. One corner dented and the exchange is already on the way. Not that it'll likely do anything, but I ripped into them while opening the exchange case

I got paper bag for mando steel and a box with a cardboard insert to hold the game for a $20 ps5 game....like wtf amazon

My Steels from Amazon have all (knocks on wood) come packaged like that in my area.

If I get steel books from Amazon I usually do the gift wrap option for me it’s a extra couple of dollars but haven’t had a problem yet

I do this with action figures too, because it prevents them from just slapping a label on the retail box and shipping it naked and defenseless for any porch pirate or seedy employee to see.

This was not how I got mine. Paper envelop. Luckily, no damage. But that's the first time I haven't had a damaged paper envelop delivery.

Only issue I've had is when ordering more than just the Steelbook. Then they comingle and it bounces around and into other items.

Create a Seperate address listing where it’s just to your initials. Like JD, address, city, state ZIP. even if sent to same address as your other orders, it will remain separate.

I'm genuinely considering completely dropping amazon in general because in the past 2 months all orders came in paper envelopes. Not just discs, yesterday I got 6 noctua fans in a big ass envelope.
