Can someone please explain to me the mess at city council.

This City Clerk has recently resigned after a slew of controversy and whistle blower complaints. Supposedly according to Jason Lee she was sent an offer of a quarter of million dollars to resign !!!! WHAT WHY?!

Claims of “kidnapping” involving Stockton politicians such as Carlos villapudua.

The whole election fraud by Desiree lynch and the alleged setup by former mayor Anythony Silva and Ralph white. Once again alleged by Jason Lee.

City council also managed to spend nearly A MILLION dollars on investigating each-other….which the grand jury found little to NO benefit at all.

And so much more…..

What is going on ?! This is embarrassing it has eroded trust with the community and its government and the civil grand jury report called it “governance in turmoil” highlighting the scandals, failures and and instability.

City politicians you have failed and I ask for the resignation of all of you…even if you think you “did nothing” your complicit, you sat there picked a side and let it happen.

My dog is 14 and has Congestive Heart Failure. His teeth are very bad and Walker Vet said he'd probably need 10 extractions (all of his remaining teeth).

Here's where I've gone so far:

Walker Vet: On August 3rd, I went here for a dental estimate and they told me I'd get the estimate a few days after my appointment. It's been a whole month and (ironically) it's been like pulling teeth to get a response! They told me he's in "significant pain" but I still can't get anyone to tell me how much it's going to cost--let alone get anything scheduled.

Standiford in Modesto: Great vet, but very expensive and kind of far to drive with a dog who's scared of the car. I don't like to make him stressed given his heart condition.

Animal Care Clinic: This is my go-to budget vet for small things (vaccines, heart worm tests, anal gland expression) but I do not trust them with surgery.

Is anyone actively hiring and please do not say oh Burger King has a sign up …it’s a permanent sign or worknet because I’ve been there and they just give me links to job applications I’ve callled around businesses and they say there not hiring even walking around

I have a full time job, but I still want to have a part time job due to financial reasons. The thing is, the schedule in my full time job is not fixed. So I was wondering if you guys know any part time jobs, may it be retail or fast food jobs, that can offer a flexible time. Like me getting to choose a shift without any guilt or sum.

Any recommendations on best store bought pizza dough in town?

I know I can make pizza dough at home but often buy store bought dough for convenience to make in my Gozney outdoor pizza oven. Have already tried, WINCO, Sprouts, Trader Joes, and Safeway and they were all pretty good. Have bought from OONI online also but they usually only sell in large 24 packs which takes up too much freezer space.

Just a reminder that when it comes to leaked pictures we have no idea if they’re real or fake until it’s verified by an external party. As no surprise the local media has not covered this and probably will stay out of it until law enforcement is involved.

For the sake of this post, let’s assume these photos are real and Teddy did give Anthony his phone to take all these pictures what does that tell us? In my opinion it’s not surprising that Jason would capitalize on Teddy almost being stabbed to death to turn it into a PR campaign. I’m not surprised that Lee basically called Motec his enemy but that since they both Brando out of that district 5 than Motec is now his “friend”. The enemy of my enemy is my friend.

It’s no surprise that Lee is trying to pack the council to get his majority votes and basically be the unofficial mayor of Stockton has he would be able to override anything from Fugazi. What is strange to me is 209 times latest hit piece of Michelle Padilla? Now why would 209 times be against one of their own candidates?

Oh and poor Sam Carpenter he was locked out of running for that district 5 council by a Lee. But hey Lee is for the minorities right.

I need to get professional photos taken. Some need to be headshots or medium shots, but others should be "me in real-world settings" or even just "hanging out in the studio" type pictures. You know what I mean? Some of me doing things, like half-body shots. Maybe one of me sitting next to a big ball and laughing at some joke. I don't know how to describe it. I do have a list of shots that should be included though.

Does anyone have any recommendations on not *too* expensive photographers in town?

I'm approaching my first year of sobriety. I thought it might be cool to photograph the beginning of that day as a memory. Any suggestions for a clear view? I've lived here my whole life and outside of driving on the freeway, cannot think of a single place. Lol

FIRST OFF, ITS SO GOOD. Great music playing, outside seating at both locations, Hammer Lane location has wings and fried food and different kinds of lunch specials. Both Locations do pizza by the slice. THERES DEEP DISH PIZZA, GLUTEN FREE PIZZA (small size), YOU CAN CREATE YOUR OWN PIZZA. This place is a really cool spot and has been really slow I’m trying to promote it it would be really cool if the city showed some love.

QUAIL LAKES doesn’t do dine in or fried food just take out & pizza and salad but still very yummy and LOWER WAIT TIME THAN HAMMER LANE !

Drove by and its lit! I didn't catch any signs

as many of you know, Dustin sadly lost his life to a vicious killer in Sacramento who stabbed him to death as he was trying to exit the scene. Dustin was born and raised in Stockton and was an amazing friend, son and older brother. He was truly an Angel on earth 💚
His killer, Humberto isador palacios of Sacramento, CA killed Dustin at around 10pm on March 2nd, stabbed his friend and then decided to go home and sleep peacefully. Dustin succumbed to his wounds that very night.
Humberto has no listed mugshot (unsure as to why) and is able to visit his family twice a day for 2 hours. Dustin does not get this privledge because Humberto took it from him. Dustin died scared and alone that night. Nobody covered his bleeding stab wound, instead they stared and recorded him as he died. That is beyond cruel.
If even 5 of us show up, it will show the courts and his mother how loved Dustin is!

Around 215 this afternoon, driving from placerville to Santa Clara. That interchange in the freeways, stop and go traffic my outback died in the 3 lane.

Act of kindness from a stranger who pulled in front and gave me a push to the side in the middle of hwy 5 south and starting rush hour.

I’d like to think you’ll see this and just wanted to deeply say thank you and will pay it forward next time I see someone on this side or middle of the road.

CHP came by shortly after and gave me a jump.
