I'm 47 days clean off meth today. I heard that meth users' brain heal and stable around somewhere at least 6 moths to 1-2 years clean. But I wonder is it like a switch somewhere where it's suddenly flipped and get better at 1 year, or we feel better and more stabilized each day or month closer to that 1 year bench mark?
