I've already posted Lil Calico, but come on how cute is this? The hotel near my building had the figures inside the spirit house stolen. Lil Calico moved in, cool in the day and dry! She's a princess in her cat palace. She's in there almost every afternoon now.

It was raining heavily; I was hiding below a bridge and then noticed two charming ticked tabbies hiding under a car. I offered them kibble but the cat mom didn't trust me and stayed under the car despite seeing food 2 meters away from her. The kid was the one who decided to try my treat, and, after hesitating, cat mom joined too.

In image 3, you can see the mom's warm gaze while she was changing my status from "a hostile, potentially dangerous ape" to "a nice person". 😺

The kid actually ate a good portion of kibble too, but then decided to have some milk as well...

She bit him (lovingly) a couple of times - perhaps trying to get him off milk.

Very chilled kitty

In the old Jewish quarter of Belmonte, a very distinguished lady.

Audrey is a boy cat. We started calling him Audrey when he was a kitten because he is so beautiful. He lives at the local temple. Cats there live outside and roam free but get fixed shots and food. An elderly woman acts as the full time cat warden. We help her out w food and occasional vet bills as do many other people.

He was ready to run away, so I used the loafing-together technique to convince him I wasn't a threat.

It was yesterday. Leaving for another catsploring walk now 😎
