Proof of funding

Hi guys. I need of an advise. I will be going to Ireland soon and about the proof of funding I have it in my local currency equivalent to 10k euros. But what is the best and safe way to show that it’s really equivalent to 10k euros? Like how do I show and attached the exchange rate I’m following. I’m confused which rate to follow…

Just provide the current exchange rate in the financial summary

ask your indian bank to make a certificate stating the amount and exchange rate and how much it is in euros

What I did was while making a financial summary I mentioned the amount in the local currency with the current exchange rate and finally the equivalent amount in euros. That worked for me.

There is only one exchange rate and the embassy in your country is very aware of what it is. What do you mean which exchange rate to follow? Obviously the current exchange rate.

Don't try to have exactly 10K I guess? I mean if you have like 11k just to be safe, no matter what exchange rate anyone uses, it will still be above 10k even with the fluctuations
