One of my best methods:

First, Dedicate some time every day for speaking practice (make a schedule).

Now, during these practice time:
In starting days, you can speak to yourself in a mirror and try to find and develop your speaking style.
Later, transition into practicing speaking with other people during this schedule and gradually build your confidence and speaking habit.

Reading out loud college level books even if you are quiet just follow mouth movements, learning from voice actors or audiobooks, speaking slower and trying to stop a stutter if it start to begin. This helped reduced stuttering at least for me.

Depends on the age group and individual factors but some stuttering treatments showed good progress. Did you get a diagnosis and what’s your severity of stuttering?
