My Stack

Post image

This is what I take every day
56, M 167lbs 6’3”
Run/ jog 70-80 miles/ month
I fixed my high cholesterol and triglycerides with this stack. I just added the turmeric. The zinc is 30mg.
I am always trying to get deals on my supplements as it gets expensive
I just need to decrease my sugar and lift some weights
How do you think I’m doing here? Thanks

Good stack, lot of the basics covered there. I see the Nordic Naturals fish oil, that one is good quality but pricey, I always try to catch it in sale

I just saw it at Costco for a decent price but you will get a little less mgs of omegas

It's mostly fine. The turmeric is pointless as you would have to eat like 10 gummies at a time to get levels of curcumin that might do anything for inflamation. If have have bad enough inflammation or joint issues then try something truly effective Like Meriva curcumin or just simply drop the Qunol turmeric as you are wasting money.
