Stripped Screw on Switch Pro Controller 1

I need a little help with fixing this problem. I was trying to open up the Pro Controller since I've had it for a really long time and never got to cleaning it and it looks disgusting. I tried to unscrew the screws with an automatic screwdriver, but I didn't know that the screws used in the bottom of the handles were not meant to be unscrewed by a Phillips screwdriver. I can't unscrew one of them and consequentially, can't clean the controller. What can I do to remove the stripped screw?

hope that the rubber band trick works, or carefully drill it out

Hot glue in the hole, insert smaller driver and wait for it to harden, remove?
