A cinematic Noir addition to my Urban Animals collection! Following 'Frogman' and 'Duckman', this traditional acrylic painting explores a moody, hard-boiled crime aesthetic. The scene depicts an anthropomorphic tilapia taking a moment after a long day in a dimly lit bedroom, loosening his tie and lighting a cigar.

A quick update: A lot of people asked about prints on my previous posts, so I did my best scanning these traditional canvases on my home scanner to finally get my INPRNT shop open! Fine art prints are now available. If you'd like to support my work so I can upgrade to professional high-res scans in the future, check out the gallery here: https://www.inprnt.com/gallery/paulohendel/ Thank you so much! 🙏
