https://my28days.org/about-my-28-days/physiologic-hormone-replacement-therapy-p-hrt/ a lot of people start with .1mg bc of the study mentioned here. I think it really depends on the person! I was on .2mg for 3 months and never ovulated, I never got lab work but my mira showed my FSH was under 11 so I thought I was maybe over suppressed -- but then later during a different cycle (on a different form of estrogen), my mira showed fsh 10 when lab work said it was 30 so maybe the mira was wrong and my fsh was still too high, I don't know. I have seen studies where they are aiming for an estrogen dosage high enough to suppress FSH to under 15 or more commonly under 11 on cycle day 3.

I also don't know if it's coincidence or not, but the last two times I ovulated (6m apart, the latter time resulting in a successful pregnancy) were after inducing a period with Provera (as opposed to straight progesterone). I have never seen anything suggesting that makes a difference though

What was your schedule? Did you take progesterone monthly?

I was doing fertility clinic monitoring with weekly ultrasounds and labs and only taking progesterone when my lining got too thick. Full write up here: https://www.reddit.com/r/TTC_POI/s/lE125ojc3R
