I would make certain that it touches the ceiling in a triangular configuration. This way, you max out height, angle, small size.... Wait, am I discussing the OP? or TV? Hmmmm.....

To start with it’s obviously too high, but beyond that there’s WAY too much clutter around the screen to distract you! Get some of that stuff out of there- you should only see the screen and maybe a soundbar!
