Question Insecure network

Hi, I have been getting the “insecure network“ message whenever I try to use the mobile app on my wifi. And it only works when I use my personal data, same when I try to use the iPad. Any suggestions on how to fix this? thanks!

"Unsecured" network.

Set up WPA2 and require a password for any device to connect.

It's encryption for your WiFi. It (helps) stop malicious actors from intercepting your packets and stealing your data.
