Leon did NOT care for Shizue at all. I'm rewatching the anime and the idea that he "cared in his own way" is not true. He watched Shizue kill her own friend because of a spirit he forced upon her and did not even blink.

He never explained Ifrit to Shizue and discarded her just because he could.

He was clearly set up to be the main long term villain very early on. He was shown to be merciless, cold and uncaring.

No amount of "he's misunderstood" explains watching a child kill another child and not intervening when you easily could.

I know that each Primordial demons have 2 loyal demons serving them with their lineage such as Testarossa 2 loyal white demons that serve her is Moss and Cein for Carrera she have Agera and Esprit, Ultima have Veyron and Zonda and lastly Diablo before Vemon and Gadra, there were 2 demons that i know diablo doesn't considered them his subordinates but they were following him for a long time.
