Refund 😒

So i feel im one of the last who hasn’t gotten their refund yet. Even though they process the on TTh, i called and the person stated no refunds would be processed today. That doesn’t seem fair.

Anyway. Am I the only one? I have expenses that are piling up

In the same boat. They told me I would be refunded yesterday, didnt happen then or today either. I'll be here twiddling my thumbs and waiting I guess

Unfortunately TTU fiscal year end was yesterday (8/31) so all system processing was down for part of today too. Refunds for TTU process on T/Th and for TTUO/Law/DVM processed on W/F.

Definitely make sure direct deposit is set up or it could be held at least 7 days before mailing a paper check to your address on file. Many students set it up after refunds had already been mailed :(. So sorry this is happening to you!

My directo deposit has been on file. Apparently processing billing statements today was more important than working on funding for SBS. You’re incorrect in the fact that no refunds weee processed today

There was literally one refund processed today due to an ongoing issue and special circumstance. Bills have to go out on the 1st because some people do have to pay put of pocket and do not get refunds. AND as said before, the system was down for part of the day which prevented regular processing.

BTW, bills were sent out in July (if you were registered), FA first disbursed on 8/14 so any questions should have been raised then, they had an in person One Stop annual event in the SUB where you could personally resolve issue (not on Reddit) need I say more?

😂 you don’t think I’ve called and gone up there? I’ve done both more than once! I was registered since before 8/14. This is not on me. Thanks for your help.

None of this stuff is for OPs lack of trying. I have also gone above and beyond, direct deposit set up looooong ago, calls, in person visits, etc and SBS is also sitting on my money. I am literally eating food I got from the food pantry and I have wiped out my entire savings paying bills this money was supposed to cover. SBS incompetence has nothing to do with the students.
