I’ve been looking for a vinyl copy of Four Thieves Gone for over a decade and finally found one. This white vinyl edition was one of 500 passed out at the 2013 NYE show. I couldn’t believe my luck finding it!

The FTG vinyl is also the only way to (legit) get the recordings of Pretty Girl from Rowan County, The Bloody Apology, The Strangest Thing, The Worst Thing, Honey Can I Count On You, and an early version of Hand Me Down Tune.

If anyone wants more pictures of the second LP, back artwork on the LPs, inner sleeve artwork, etc. let me know and I can post more pictures.

Huge Avett Brothers fan here (live in their hometown and see them out and about occasionally). I play banjo and have been making these ridiculous edits where I insert myself into musical performances I love.

So, naturally, when Scott got sick before their Another Is Waiting performance for Sirius FM radio, I was able to step in...or something like that.

To be clear: no disrespect intended. It's just the closest I'm ever getting to being an Avett Brother.

I was delighted by their performance at the Illinois State Fair. Their energy was fabulous, voices perfect, instruments amazing. They selected a great mix of songs. I was so happy, after being underwhelmed a couple times recently. Love these guys!

Was going through my old photos and spotted some old pictures I took at a show at the concert in March 2012. Back in my day of going to a show anytime they were within 3 hours of my house 😆

This poster is numbered 12/100 and appears to be signed by the artist. Is this a limited run of the poster, or a signed version of it? Just curious for others that collect Avett posters because I know they commission different artists in each stop.

Hey Everyone! I know the set times haven't been posted but i'll be going to the st. louis show. Anyone know when The Avett Brothers take stage? I work the next day and it's a long drive for me to and from the venue. Plus i can't hang like i used to 😅😂😂

Former NC resident and used to attend the NYE shows each year. Now live in AZ and thinking of making the trip back east for the NYE show. Anyone know when it will be announced? Any guesses on the location? Would love to make travel plans sooner than later- thanks everyone!

My mom was telling me how she'd often make mixtapes by following the rules of a "2fer" - limiting yourself to 2 songs per musician or album.

To prepare for my first Avett Brothers concert I decided to make an Avett 2fer, 2 songs from each of their albums. My first concert was over a year ago now and I have finally finished my playlist.

For a long time I only listened to Emotionalism through The Carpenter, with sprinklings of other albums. It has been a lot of fun exploring more of their discography. As you can tell I still have my biases and have come to the conclusion that I and Love and You is the perfect album. Every time I listened back to eliminate songs I just came up with more contenders.
